We are a family-owned farm - Jon, Lizzie, and a dog named Bu - working hard to bring you quality mushrooms and honey, guaranteeing the freshest tastes and highest nutrients. We work with local New England farms and producers to source all our materials, and use only biodegradable materials throughout our grow process and in our packaging. We also use all our spent mushroom blocks to create bodacious fungally dominant compost to restore and revitalize our soil. We are a small scale operation, learning as we grow. We do our best to ensure the greatest variety of mushrooms are available at market - even so, sometimes we run out. But being small means we can be flexible, and we look forward to learning what you like, so we can provide.
