A passion for wood-fired pizza led Dan Tyler to custom build a state-of-the-art catering trailer for his commercial wood-fired oven, which is lined with heavy-duty fire-brick. With a small hardwood fire, it holds the ferocious heat necessary to produce exceptional pizza. Dan, his wife Karyn, and Chef Tristan of Entera Artisanal Catering offer fully licensed and insured off-site pizza catering services.
