Terrafunga is a farm dedicated to growing the highest quality gourmet mushrooms organically, outdoors in the mountains of Vermont. Located in Jamaica, we currently grow four varieties of mushrooms including: Maitake, Shiitake, Lion’s Mane and Blue Oysters. We also forage for native wild mushrooms (Morels, Chanterelles, Black trumpets, Hedgehogs, Boletes etc) that we will offer during their respective seasons. Both our cultivated mushrooms and our wild varieties are sold fresh or dehydrated along with an easy to prepare recipe. For more information, please visit our website.
