Johanna Gardner is Vermont Crêpes. She sells crêpes and buckwheat galettes at farmer's markets. She says, "My Norwegian mother ran a bed and breakfast in our home. My love of all things French, including food of course, came from her. In the 80's, when I lived in France, my friend Philippe taught me to mix up crêpe batter. I love cooking crêpes and enjoy watching people as they eat their first bite of a galette!" Vermont Crepes make sweet and savory crêpes and galettes.
