Vermouth is fortified wine that has been infused with secret blends of herbs and spices. In the U.S., vermouth is classically used in cocktails, such as the manhattan, the martini, and the negroni. In Europe, vermouth is a popular apéritif on its own, or with a splash of seltzer on the rocks as a low-alcohol cocktail.
Why is Vermont Vermouth special?
We make craft vermouth in Brattleboro, VT with a focus on sourcing ingredients as locally as we can. Our wine is made from cold-tolerant grape varietals grown in the region, and we source as many of our herbs as possible from Vermont farms. In short, we offer a unique flavor of our region.
