We are a grass-based, diversified, sustainable farm located in Athens, Vermont. We specialize in hardneck garlic, growing 35,000 heads of 7 different varieties. We seasonally milk our flock of dairy sheep and sell sheep milk to local artisan cheesemakers. We also sell our fresh Dexter cows milk off the farm. We raise grass fed lamb, Dexter beef, and heritage breed pastured pork. We sell our vegetables, herbs, flowers and meat off the farm from our farm stand, at the Brattleboro Area Farmers Market, the Townshend Commons Farmers Market, the Brattleboro Winter Farmers Market, and at regional Garlic Festivals. We work hard to provide our community with the healthiest food, while using the most natural practices to care for our land. We'll be at the Brattleboro summer market this year, and returning to the Townshend Commons Farmers Market.
